The Second Amendment is part of the original Bill of Rights. It is as firm as the Constitution. To propose repeal of a part of the Bill of Rights causes me to question the patriotism of the person doing it. John Paul Stevens spent a good portion of his life making decisions based on the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Now he is turning his back on it? I think he is too old to be making decisions about the law any more. His mind is gone.
