Just guessing, but I think it could be reciprocal among members of the EU, of which both Sweden (1995) and Hungary (2004) are members.

Hungarian is a pretty difficult language to learn. Maybe he’ll get by with Swedish or English...not.

How will he be able to legally emigrate to a nation that does not allow immigration? It doesn't allow Muslim invasion type immigration. It allows ordinary and normal immigration.

If Hillary had won the election, I was considering Poland or Hungary.
I gave up my Swedish citizenship last year, and have now become a US citizen.
The Swedish election this year is the Nation’s last hope. If the Socialists were to retain, then you’ll see a mass exodus of folks leaving.
Right now the Socialist party is the weakest they have been in 50 yrs, and the center right and the further correct could take a solid majority. But the center right has not been willing to work with the Swedish Democrats (The more correct than the center right folks).

Why? They know that there are no muzzies in East Europe and the US will be muzzie dominated in the future.
