You deliberately neglected to include the ignorant activists of all ages, and their supporters, (including the District School Board,) for demanding the conditions that caused the "setup" you describe: let's define murder and mayhem (on teachers and other students) as non crimes and the Justice Fairy will automatically define crime as being practically eliminated.
