After all, what ever happened to all those “shovel ready jobs”? What happened to the “Infrastructure” that Congress appropriated money for?

Here in Los Angeles I personally watched as they put those stupid little signs touting the slush fund for "shovel ready" projects on EVERY EXISTING CONSTRUCTION PROJECT IN THE CITY!!! NON of them were new or a result of the slush fund, all were planned or in existence already

Same in Michigan. They essentially bought propaganda signs to erect at every construction site that was already approved or being worked on.
