Yet being a lifelong liberal Democrat, as Trump was until deciding to take over the GOP, is fine with you and shows no true indicator of the man’s political values. You don’t mind people who oppose the GOP. You just don’t want anyone to oppose Trump’s mercurial, ever-changing newfangled conservatism.
I don't care what Trump actually believes or believed in the past, nor do I care about his personal life (as long as someone isn't a rapist or a child molester, he can sleep with whoever he wants for all I care). I do care about his policies and actions. So far I like most what I've seen - tax cuts, Gorsuch appointment, tariffs on Chinese goods, having an AG who's working to deny federal funding to sanctuary cities (in contrast to the Bushes and McCain, who wanted the entire US to be a sanctuary country for illegals). The only major disappointment that I've had with Trump so far is that he was willing to give away too much to the Democrats when negotiating over DACA in return for border wall funding, but since that deal fell through anyway it's a moot point.
