If the dirt was that real, we'd be looking @ a .1% GDP, FR and CTH would be shut down, and we'd all be audited. North Korea, ISIS and Iran would be on the march. And by this time with her ill health we'd either had her take a medical resignation or she'd have been the next FDR and we'd probably have President Kane.
