Nope, Nadda. Nor can you be wiretapped without a notification for non criminal actions.

Want to know why I know that? Because my ex tried that on me and she ended up in court with me over it. As did her sleazy lawyer. The judge was REAL interested in it also since he hated her little sleazy bastard of a lawyer.
