Yes, he is. And there is a very, very good chance he has a relationship with the shooter.

There are questions to Hogg’s real age, real enrollment. Remember that the kids who are in front of the camera are actors - They are all members of the drama club except him.

This could be a 21 Jumpstreet scenario, it could be that he is just alittle too advanced for his age group. Hogg certainly does not have the mind of a kid below the age of 25. And a seriously demented 25 at that.

I happen to think that the shooter was this strange event in Hogg’s life. Maybe they killed someone together or something like that. That’s just me in a fantasy book though - there is no proof at all of that. But I get the uneasy feeling that this is true.

And if that’s the case than perhaps Cruz’s death sealed the deal on Hogg’s crime.

But again, that’s all fantasy football at this point.
