I think the Left is talking the Democrats right out of winning the House. Despite the hype, most Americans are not interested in backing this latest assault on the 2nd Amendment by the Anti Gun Jihad.

I think every time the Left cries out for gun control, regular people, average Mr. and Mrs. Smith’s, who DON’T have bodyguards, walled enclaves or gated communities, or fancy protections, wonder how they’re going to protect themselves if guns are restricted from THEM (and really, that’s what gun control laws do, restrict the law ABIDERS).
It is visceral. Mr. and Mrs. Smith want their kids to be safe in school. But they don’t want themselves, and their kids, and their very hard earned property, taken by thugs and they can’t even defend themselves.
They may not even say they’re for or against gun control, but the idea of being unarmed in an ever-increasingly dangerous world troubles them far more than the media or Left believe.
