On Daca my guess was always that he would kill off the chain migration part of it and make them wait as long as possible to be legitimized knowing that only a small percentage of them vote anyway.
Not to mention, the percentage of them that will commit crimes and who will then be deported. Hopefully none of them will ever be allowed to vote.
