Perhaps, but why act? He’d already signed the bill. He could gloat all he wanted to, and there was nothing the RATS could do about it. All he did by “acting” like that is to demoralize his own base.
LOL, I forgot about his acting experience. Leading on the audience, projecting what he wants to - to get a reaction. He is using all his talents to save the country.
