From what I've seen, fence repair and some barrier replacements are starting Monday. This has been in the works. As far as the wall as we envision, I'm not so sure.

Fence “Repair” would certainly be OK under the US Army Corp of Engineers but I am not sure you can use this color of money to start NEW CONSTRUCTION. We will indeed have to wait and see as this game plan unfolds. I hope it is true and I support Trump building the wall even if the libtards are on the court house steps Monday AM.
