Obama NEVER had a budget, just omnibus bills (quasi budgets). Not a real budget with accountability, and specific "spending orders."
He gave hundreds of millions to Iran and pallets of gold.....no one knew where he got it.
The 2018 Omnibus Bill has no orders attached. Thanks to Obama, Trump can spend it where and how he wants.
And it won’t be spent on PP, O/Care, EPA and other liberal atrocities.
