I heard one SD girl complain that the clear backpack requirement was a case of punishing kids who hadn’t done anything wrong. Yet punishing millions of law-abiding gun owners is fine with them.
Remind them that our forefathers and their goodwives never dreamed that people would stuff all and sundry into such fancy backpacks. No a simple rucksack with maybe a pouch for vittles is what they had in mind when they authored tote rights into our Constitution.
