Yup, Eddie Munster is not long for the Speakership. The Rats are going to take the House in November, so in January, 2019 there will be a new Speaker, and Ryan — if he even gets re-elected in his own district — will be consigned to getting coffee for the new Speaker.
He's already doing this for the former and presumably next Speaker in a figurative way if not literally. And yes, people in WI will demand that Ryan remain there.
