Believe me, I am not taking the stand that 50 billion dollars is a straight up good trade (it isn’t) even though I am sure some may see it that way.
My point is that when you are sliding down a steep mountain out of control with no way to stop towards a fatal precipice, you don’t haggle over the price of a pair of crampons, an ice pick, or a length of scruffy rope!
