Just one question...is the $1.3 Trillion to be spent over the next 6 months, or is that figure annualized (so it would just be $650 B in 6 months?)
The fiscal year 2017 federal budget was about $4 trillion in spending. This is ‘supplemental’ spending through September 2018 and is an increase in annualized spending from FY 2017.
It not being an ‘official budget bill’ means, for all practical purposes, that it is subject to direction by federal courts. The theme of the OP that the Trump Administration gets final say is absolute nonsense.
