It has been passed by both houses of Congress.
The only way to (try to) force revisions is with a veto.
Then the question would be whether two more Senate votes would turn up in favor of over-riding the veto with 67 votes.
But apparently POTUS Trump is going to sign the bill (damnit!), so other speculations are moot. I think he should have vetoed it and insisted upon changes, cuts to pork, etc.
Yes, there would be a “govt shutdown” for a few days, but the battle must be fought. Instead, he is allowing Ryan and McPuke to roll along with the Democraps.
If he signs it, the Trumpbots will be along shortly to declare this is more 3D chess.
Are you kidding? Eight of the 'no' votes were Democrats. They would crawl over broken glass to vote to override a Trump veto.
