Mr President, did you ever Sign a Contract that you did not read??? Thats what I thought, why in the Hell would you let Congress do it??
Why allow Congress to not read it?
I know you asked Trump rhetorically, but here are simple answers from the last 100 years (source: me and Captain Obvious):
1) The federal govt is out-of-scale too large and absolutely cannot he managed by any number of human beings
2) Unlike a contract, the authors/signatories are not accountable for its adverse effects
