I guess we should hear a lot more about his recent behavior as he had one or two housemates, unless they might have need to keep quiet. Havent read a lot about this story, but have seen no quotes for them.

By the way, what did you mean by, "unless they might have (a) need to keep quiet"? It's possible they knew what he was doing, or should have known, to the extent that they might have some legal problems, or at least look very irresponsible for doing nothing to stop him.
And they might have known nothing, but it seems unusual that they've had nothing to say so far. Every news outlet in Texas would be talking to them if they were making themselves available.
