I'd love to see conservatives take over this state and replace the commie idiots. But for now (and who knows maybe the latter two can happen at the same time and may need to) I'll be happy with the state complying with federal law.

1. Enemies of the United States have sought its dissolution since before 1860. I see no reason to cooperate with them or their useful idiots.
2. The treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo concluded the war between Mexico and the United States in 1848 and through it Mexico ceded land to the United States, some of which land is now called the State of California. In turn, the United States paid Mexico a sum of money. Rightly or wrongly the United States paid for the land in blood and money. In 1850, An Act For the Admission Of The State Of California Into The Union passed in Congress. This was the enabling act that made California a State.
If rescinding the 1850 Act For Admission Of California and turning it back into a territory of the United States is on the table, fine. Letting them just leave with the land the United States paid for with blood and money is not fine.
The folly of it all is laughable.
Secede? They already did.. in the 60s.
Now, some here would like to formalize it.
