I believe it allowed the tracking of other phones were around the initial phone and then follow those devices monitoring which switched cell sites at the same time indicating those phones were moving together.

If the bomber was REALLY “anti-abortion” and “anti-gay” you’d think he would have bombed an abortion clinic or gay nightclub, huh? Since he didn’t, even if he WAS “anti-abortion” and “anti-gay” what possible relevance do those opinions have to this EXCEPT to smear conservatives?
