CHIEF ROESSLER DEFENDS OFFICERS AFTER PARADE ARREST
Tonight, Chief Edwin C. Roessler Jr. defended his officers involved in an arrest Saturday morning at the annual Annandale Parade.
The man was standing in the street at Gallows Road and Columbia Pike blocking the start of the parade, cursing, and causing a disturbance. The preliminary investigation shows that our officers asked him to move out of the street and to stop using obscene language due to other parade spectators around him.
The man refused to comply with the commands and other officers assisted with placing him under arrest. Due to his refusal to comply with police orders, to include showing his hands, he was taken to the ground to maintain control and ensure the safety of not only the officers, but also others in the area. Wilfred Michael Stark III, 49 of Falls Church, was charged with Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
U.S. Capitol Police have charged Wilfred M. Stark, 49, of Falls Church, Va, with simple assault following a confrontation with Swift, a spokeswoman for Zinke, outside a congressional hearing.

He’s from Falls Church. Well isn’t that special... so was Anwar al Awlaki and al Timimi’s paintball cell.
Sometimes Michael goes by various nicknames including W M Stark, Mike Stark, Michael Starks, Wilfred Stark, Michael N Stark, Mike M Stark, Wilfred M Stark, Michael N Vangeest, Wilfred M Stark, Wilford Stark, Michael N Geest, Wilfred Michael Stark. -— googled from peoplefinder type site [not always accurate but hey... could be something here]
Michael N Geest?
Michal Vangeest?
Might be a guy by the same name who was booked for open container in a vehicle and some other driving-related arrests.
“Improper driving?” Must have been pretty improper if they booked him for it.
Probably safe to say aggression is one of his traits if he gets arrested so much.
