Anyone know more about Mueller’s time in California and this “Brady Waiver?”... Did Mueller do this?

Don't know if the Brady waiver relates to this or not, but one thing Mueller did in California was arrange a plea bargain for David Asimov (SF writer Isaac Asimov's son) for a massively-reduced sentence on child pornography charges, effectively sidestepping investigations and testimony that could have potentially led in some embarrassing directions.
