1. get an account at https://steemit.com
2. after you get your account (could take a couple weeks) find your “private posting key” at steemit
3. log in at https://d.tube
4. also check out http://full30.com, which is co-owned by Tim, the guy who wrote the above post

So a a person can’t watch any videos on this Dtube until they jump through all the hoops you have listed? I clicked on the Dtube link and there is just a blank page.
