Consider the motions that DiGenova can file already against “the investigators.” There is a long list of motions that Joe already understands against the very investigators that Mueller would need to make his case. There is “no there there” as someone once texted, but if they manufacture one this will all come out in a court of law and it will get UGLY fast. Do not forget that the defense in any criminal proceeding can also compel witnesses to testify.
Frankly, I hope General Flynn withdraws his plea and moves forward with this plan now that Judge Sullivan has demanded full discovery. This is the furthest thing from the fantasies of the MSM.....
