How can ban someone from a public place due to actions of a relative ?

If it had been any other kid skateboarding on school property while school was out, would they be arrested for trespass ?

I thought they did not arrest kids, that’s why the resource officer was there. Him being there for sure freaked them out. Was Hogg the camera man lol
