My understanding of the facts is the lady ran out into traffic in the middle of the road and got herself killed. The human driver AND the car couldn’t save her from her own stupidity.

The most I’ve seen is she was outside a crosswalk, and in Arizona that means she did not have the right of way. Even if she did, she still can’t dart out in front of a car.
Had a cousin hit and almost died from getting

No lawyer would even talk to him after they

Most bicyclists don't ride back and forth in crosswalks, they ride down the street. Don't fall for the Uber propaganda.
