Prominent on-air news and opinion hosts at Fox News are going at it tooth and nail, as ailing 86-year-old Rupert Murdoch moves to hand the reins of the network to his liberal son Lachlan. In early February, I got wind of an internal war bubbling below the surface at Fox News. The combatants included several prominent on-air personalities, and there were growing signs that they were gearing up to engage in a serious battle with one another. The conflict pitted representatives of the daytime hard news department against several stars who are faces of the channel during prime time, when opinion-themed shows dominate. Like many Americans in the workplace, beliefs in different opposing ideologies were pushing these people apart. Adding fuel to the fire in the highly competitive hothouse environment of cable television news were jealousy and resentment.
Finally, this past week, the battle went public. It involved three top Fox News personalities: Shepard Smith, Sean Hannity, and Laura Ingraham.
Opening skirmishes in this long simmering conflict began last year, when veteran left-of-center Fox News hosts Shepard Smith and Chris Wallace were the first on-air talent to publicly throw down the gauntlet. Both of them are highly valued and well paid linchpins of the hard news side of the Fox News Channel. Last year, Shepard Smith, 54, the channel's lead news anchor and host of the 3 P.M. E.T. hour-long news show Shepard Smith Reporting, outed himself as a critic of President Donald Trump. Also in his sights were other prominent Fox News personnel who had defended Trump, including the channel's senior judicial analyst, former judge Andrew Napolitano.

FoxNews is trying to get more Left leaning people to watch their cable news show. Just ended a conversation with my BFF on the East Coast who said that she and her husband only lasted 5 minutes with the Chris Wallace Show yesterday. FoxNews is killing it’s support with Right side people and Leftists WILL NOT WATCH FOXNEWS because of the ‘Right’ reputation. Buh-Bye, FoxNews. Rupert, your son is killing off a formerly very profitable endeavor of yours.

I’d love to see Liz Wheeler get more attention. She’s so knowledgeable, and she has a great show. If anything happened to Sarah Sanders, Liz would annihilate the press critters if she were to do the pressers.

Absolutely. When Murdoch’s son takes over, completely, we’ll be seeing another MSNBC. I’d like to say the Koch’s should do it, but I’m having a real hard time believing they’re Conservative or Libertarian. One thing I do know, is that they are as Anti-Trump, Pro Immigration, Globalist, Greedy, F*ckers. I don’t care who they donate money to.
As for Murdoch’s son. Easy to be liberal when you grow up a billionaire and you don’t have to live like the rest of us. I’d love to be in charge one day, find out where they all live and then claim Imminent Domain on some houses/condos/apartments and move in some real 3rd ugly. Let them ride the elevators with them. And I’d make sure that all the Jewish liberals were known so when some real deal, muslim’s are moved in, they’ll know who their neighbors are.

Agreed. But sometimes he just gets flabbergasted with the level of stupidity that his guests bring on. And I can’t blame him for that. It would seem that it takes every ounce of self control not to go across the desk and beat the snot out of all of them.

Try to watch OAN (One America Network)
Shepherd Smith and the rest of the so-called hard news division at Fox News is really an opinion operation, as well.
Watch them deal with Trump’s wiretapping comment back in 2017 to get a real feel for how they operate. In short, the echo the mainstream media, act as if they are serious minded, and never retract or correct when the truth finally comes out.
They would probably insist that Dick Tracy did not put a physical wire on a physical phone line. That’s how disingenuous they are.
If there’s one thing that stuck out to me that ALL of this is big game being played by a handful of puppet masters, and I mean everything, the shootings, the wars, the stock market, the corruption, EVERYTHING, is when that guy pulled out the gun at the Ft Lauderdale Airport.
There was Shep Smith, on the phone with a guy that was at the airport as it was going down. Does it not seem a little odd that a guy, in the middle of an active shooter event, was calling Smith, who was on air at FoxNews, while people were getting shot? So, you’re telling me that anyone of us, beebopping our way thru an airport terminal, or anywhere else for that matter, ends up in an active shooter incident, proned out on the floor or hiding behind something, and we have the wits and wherewithal to call Fox News to give Smith a play by play?
Good gosh. Is he really?
