There’s nothing about which state it happened in, but I’m going to guess that it was one of the western states.

The link indicates it's from the Tacoma News Bulletin, so that indicates Washington State, the whitest state in the union other than West Virginia. I read a report about a woman that had been shot Saturday night and had the bullet in her yet. Still have not found out where her yet is located.

It's probably close to her fracas. Redd Foxx once had a bit in his act about a news item he saw wherein a bar brawl downtown erupted in gunfire and a woman was shot in the fracas. He wondered what part of a woman was her fracas.
