The eighth paragraph of The Hill propaganda tips the Globalist hand, it's about which banks the money is routed through and natural resources. The Globalists want control and Putin won't let them loot Russia. To wit:

The Syrian Army, in their ongoing liberation of East Ghouta, discovered a chemical weapons factory. There were 24 tons of chlorine, and other chemicals, plus delivery systems for the chemical weapons.
Yet my government continues w/ Assad Chemical Weapons, We will bomb Damascus in retaliation for poor East Ghouta where the UK/US financed rebels have bombed Damascus for years.
They US/UK financed “moderate” rebels have tried to stop citizens from escaping Ghouta by killing them, or if caught killing or imprisoning in.
