That pic looks like the body double. The cankles, or lack thereof, give it away.
I think it is the body double, too. The face is younger and happier than Hitlery. Also wearing what appear to be closed heel sandals as opposed to the Birkenstock slide sandals she was wearing when she fell on the steps.
