Yet, she had virtually no legislative legacy; only partisan politics that assured her reelection.
It was known that she intended to die "in office"

Yeah, I'm sadly aware that over her 30+ years she essentially did nothing for the distract at large, but supported women, minorities and other assorted "victims" with great energy.
