It doesn't matter what the recount says. When the GOP is looking for dimpled chads under a magnifying glass in a district that Trump won by 20 points, it's not good for Republicans who continue to believe that they can run the same sorry old gaggle of establishment wanks and coast to victory.
I fervently disagree being from VA I just saw the recount win a few cases for the GOP.
