Trump should move the court for an order denying Mueller’s fishing expediation. First, on the grounds that there is no probable cause to believe that relevant evidence to what Mueller is supposed to be investigating can be obtained. It can give Trump’s lawyers a chance to argue that the evidence shows that the entire investigation was created from false evidences and premises, and use all the information that has been obtained by the House committee and others.

Second even if there is evidence, it is fruit of the poisonous tree.

Third, Mueller’s investigation is illegal, for the reasons stated in Manafort’s lawsuit. His suit is in front of an Obamabot, so it will not go anywhere, but it should prevail if it can be heard in an honest court. Trump can take another shot at it.

Executive privilege should come into play at some point, where there is an effort by political enemies to tie up a president with phony allegations. He can tell them to go to hell at some point. I think Mueller’s days as Trump Hunter with no boundaries need to come to an end. If Sessions was doing his job, Mueller would be under investigation for what he has done in the past, and that would put an end to things, too.

Long past time for Trump to fire Mueller and shut this clown show down. Let the media yahoos how and wail - Trump can turn it around and let Dems run in 2018 on “impeach impeach” and “open borders” while the economy is roaring. Americans are sick if this comic strip.

Firing Mueller would create a firestorm, but Trump can take it. And it is the best thing for the country, his Administration, etc.
