And the public schools are using our tax money regardless. We SHOULD have the right to demand and implement drastic reforms. The pendulum has swung way too far. Time to move it back to sanity.

The best approach is to establish a per-student per-year refundable tax credit in an amount sufficient to allow all parents to send their daughters and sons to private schools.
