Good golly, am I surprised or what?
My thinking is that there is easily $500 Billion a year in waste, fraud and abuse. Conservatively.
$500 billion fraud in a program that according to the article costs "($70.9 billion in 2016)"? That's your thinking huh?
In my former life as a business manager for a Fortune 50 Corporation, I would always take over accounts payable immediately upon assuming control of a new account or subsidiary. I ALWAYS saved at least 10%...went straight to the bottom line... sometimes much more.
Its fraud...and it pays well. Our Secretary of State’s office employees REFUSE promotions and pay raises because it will stop their welfare. ????????????????!!?!!!!!!!!!!!!!!12
