“How does one “miscalibrate” a voting machine?”
A few years ago, there were Youtube videos showing this being done. One I won’t forget is a “hacker” proving to an election board that it’s possible and easy. Hacker did something that took only a couple of seconds. Then they ran a group of test ballots and he results did not match the actual ballots because of the hacked programming.
One of the election ladies — the Chairman, I think — cried. She believed it wasn’t possible. It is possible.
I can only thank the Lord that Maryland went back to paper ballots a few years ago.
