Well, it’s been about a month since Feb 14; many more years since Columbine and Sandy Hook. If we can’t just make all the guns “disappear”, what have any of these schools done differently to enhance security since then? What’s the back up plan? Are the parents still just packing their kids up and sending them right back in without demanding any changes?

I always solicit constitutional advice from people who eat Tide pods and don’t know which bathroom to use.

And when liberals are finished with the little Hogg, no one will remember who he was after his 15 minutes.

Why the outcry? Because this happened in the uber wealthy white school. Those are the rich liberal Dems that contribute to political candidates. Everyone expects bad things to happen in the hood.

The KEEP OUR KIDS SAFE. School bunch need to demand all teachers fired next time a teacher seduces and boinks a student. Punish all for the action of one like their anti gun mantra.

I went to school just a few miles away from the Parkland school (which didn’t exist when I lived down there). Our school for my 10th grade year had 7 rapes. Not sexual assaults or harassments. People with weapons dragging girls behind the trailers and raping them. Flat out.

In my 9th grade year, the last day of school, I had missed a final and was walking upstairs to go to the class to make up the test. I got to the top of the stairwell and saw three big guys walking towards me. One of them happened to have jogging weights on his fists. He shattered my jaw on one side and broke it on the other with one shot. Had I not heard someone yell “Look out!” I wouldn’t have turned my head in time and he would have hit his target of my neck.

A few minutes later, on school property, he saw one of the band members and walked up to him, as he was trying to leave school after his exams, and shattered his spine. The victim never walked again.

He later went off to the local gas station near the school and murdered a little old man who had nothing to do with the school and dumped his body in a dumpster.

Broward Sherrif’s Office and the Deerfield Beach Police couldn’t find out what happened. The school covered it up and tried to suspend me for fighting. I showed up the next year, healthy, pissed off and armed. I told the principal on day one I was and since they failed to protect me, I would protect myself, and anyone who wanted to take my weapons off me could lose an arm or worse. And if they tried to retaliate, there were plenty of lawyers that would GLADLY take the case to bankrupt the Broward School Board. Strangely, enough, I was allowed to wander around the rest of the year protected and armed.

Broward County has ALWAYS had issues with violence on campus. Has ALWAYS failed to fix the issues.

I came back for a visit in 2006. Wandered around the campus for nearly 20 minutes, wandering into classrooms of my old teachers, saying hi, and catching up before someone FINALLY noticed an adult walked into the school without checking with the campus resource officers. I explained to them that I was testing them, and they failed. Talked to the new principal and told them that they HAD to do better as they have NEVER protected their students. I was given a pass to wander around and catch up with the rest of my old teachers, but left shortly after.

BSO and Broward School Board are hopelessly inept.
