Actually Tillerson had an almost impossible job. I don’t envision any deal that Trump, EU and Iran would all agree to.
The EU is still taking terrible advice from Trump hating Democrats not to deal with him. This level of undermining a sitting POTUS has to be unprecended in US history.

Trump dat if you consider he thought he was working for a Moron. He clearly was about to collapse in disbelief yesterday when he announced his departure, he appeared in a near panic attack. If he was shocked that he was fired then he is too stupid to be anywhere near policy making.
