Rather simple to me: the People support Trump, but not wishy-washy Republicans with no message, no charisma, and do not openly support the agenda they want enacted.

THAT is a strange way of supporting Trump. Trump campaigned in this district. It is a bizarre way of showing your support for Trump by VOTING IN someone who is SURE to OPPOSE him.
