The pro-migration ACLU is suing the Department of Homeland Security to help economic migrants use children to smuggle themselves into the United States. President Donald Trump’s DHS tries to detain all migrants pending their asylum hearing because it is easier to repatriate migrants homewards when they lose their hearing. The detention policy is also intended to prevent migrants from walking away and then disappearing into the United States, and also to deter future migration.
When groups of migrants — the so-called “family units” of adults and children — appear at the border, DHS prioritizes its limited number of detention beds for the adults. The accompanying children are safeguarded in other housing run by the Department of Health and Human Services.
Overall, the detention policy is intended to end the practice of “catch-and-release,” which happens when border officers are forced to let asylum-seeking migrants go free because there are no available beds at the detention sites.
But the pro-migration ACLU is trying to knock down barriers again migration from Central America, South America, Asia, and Africa.
“Whether or not the Trump administration wants to call this a ‘policy,’ it certainly is engaged in a widespread practice of tearing children away from their parents,” said Lee Gelernt, deputy director of the ACLU’s Immigrants’ Rights Project. “A national class-action lawsuit is appropriate because this is a national practice.”

Why are they more special then the American criminals with children? This is down right ridiculous.
Well, at least they’re not “living in the shadows” anymore.
Release them back in Mexico.
We need to hold hearings immediately:
Judge - “Are you here legally?”
Invading criminal - “No.”
Judge - “Bailiff, have these criminals been previously deported so that we need to imprison them before deporting them again.”
Bailiff - “No, sir.”
Judge - “Bailiff, fingerprint them all so we can identify and imprison them if they ever try to return, then deport the criminal and the entire criminal family. Next case!”
Illegal immigration would drop to near zero if we simply enforced the law. That is why the entire establishment (RINOs and socialists), which personally benefits from this crime, does not want the law followed.
Release them into Mexico.
Deport the children also. Problem solved.

When is someone going to sue the ACLU for being:
Anti-American ?
Uncivil ?
Anti-Liberties?
More divisive than uniting? (as implied by “union”)
Don’t break up families with young children. If any illegal alien with dependent children is deported, the entire family shall be deported.
The ACLU has changed to being a subversive organization. They now are one more Democratic party weapon being unleashed against the Constitution.

In summary, if you're a non-citizen....you've got NOTHING. Get the frick out and come back legally, if you can pass the language tests, verify you have a job, prove you are disease free, no criminal record, and show a minimum bank account to support you for at least one year.
