Charging a class of customers more based upon race is against multiple federal, and likely state, laws.
I think that’s why he’s doing it as a pop-up.
By the time anyone complains, it’s already shut down.
It announces he will pull the same stunt in Detroit, but highly unlikely he would meet any protests there of course.
So it’s like he can fling sh!t and duck all the consequences.
