If the EU allows some flexibility in license requirements in Germany, those requirements are set by the government and NOT THE PRIVATE SECURITY COMPANY!

The EU requires licenses for security guards. If this still allows Germany to set their standards lower than Hungary and Poland and Germany does so - that (contrary to your claims) puts the guilt on the PC & Islamophile German government.
