-- Only one of the reasons everyone played fast and loose with the fisa warrant and told the judges any fairy tale that popped into their mind since the judges always defer to FBI/doj wishes. --

That deference depends on the fairy tale being acceptable. The FBI had to play fast and loose in order to get the warrant, and it needed the warrant to "make legal" what they had been doing without a warrant.

The way the law is written, if a warrant exists, the criminal snooper gets a legal defense. Crime without a penalty. "Insurance policy" in case Trump is elected.

For sure. I am wondering if the Fisa judges will keep issuing with a 99% surety fisa warrants as they have in the past after all the disclosure of what the dems were doing?
Will it ever change?
