These professors are the gatekeepers....they are guarding the doors and windows.Credentialing is a great way for The Machine to discriminate, and it is virtually proof against redress, unlike discriminating on the basis of - GASP! - race or gender.

It is exactly what they are doing....
It goes back to a court case of Griggs v. Duke Power.
It was the end of corporate apprenticeship programs and turned credentialling over to the colleges.
