I’m not a big city resident but how many times does a routine patrol car happen to be in a neighborhood when the cops just happen to hear gunshots? No 911 call - just cruising?

All characters in the book are taken from the culprits of the 2016 rigged election with the plot centering on that; a candidate the wife of a former president, former senator, former secretary of state, the moneyman (Soros), a president elected shaking up the establishment and ruining everyone’s plans to establish the progressive movement once and for all. Great story! Lots of murders to investigate and action by the CIA and the FBI and some killings by both agencies. Of course, the CIA can’t do that but so what? No one else plays by the rules!
