It is schizophrenia is what it is. A dominant pretend identity is trying to take over the mind and body of the individual.
The birth identity is being put into a box in the closet or attic, repressed away from sunlight and expression.
During 20+ years in health care I've interacted (if you can call it that) with more schizophrenics than I can recall.As a result I know that we're not dealing with schizophrenia here....it's more like utter depravity and amorality.
