Meaning that if Un wants to talk —REALLY talk— then he’d be willing to come HERE, to the USA.
That would signal to me —and many others fairly well habituated to NK delay tactics and deception— that Un is actually serious about something tangible.
And not simply trying to show off to his own cabal and the rest of the world that he’s important enough for a face-to-face with a sitting US President.
