He got that look from taking it up his turd-chopper for so long.
Schiff is only a prime example of exactly what one should expect from a total hack.
It’s Sessions who is going to turn into the failure point, I am sorry to say. I have wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt and have mildly argued for giving him more time and more time and more time. But I’m arriving at the conclusion that he’s going to busy himself with pot and California immigrant issues which are important but he is thereby becoming too busy to deal with the things that have gone on that are astronomically more urgent. I don’t know if he is protecting the swamp or if the magnitiude of the corruption exceeds his cognitive abilities. But it hardly matters.
He does have the psychotic, bug-eyed stare of a stark raving lunatic. I can't believe the Dems think this guy is a suitable poster-boy for their side, he looks like someone just slammed a huge cucumber up his cronk without so much as a 'by your leave.'

I hate to throw some slang/ghettoeism into the discussion, but the only thing our side does is sell “Wolf Tickets”. It is truly pathetic and it shows our party is not a serious party and the government is so compromised it is essentially worthless to the people.

Sessions has cratered, from being a deep disappointment, to becoming a glaring embarrassment, to now a vested Swamp creature protector. (However, that’s only when he works at all.)
Trump is allowing congress to take care of Jeff. They are fairly howling for a Special Counsel and Sessions claims anything but. Today he speaks of commissioning some unnamed gumshoe from the outside to snoop through congressional complaints, inside FBI and JD.
Will he call him an SP?? Nope. So, can he press charges, impanel a Grand Jury, prosecute for trial? Guess not, if he isn’t an SP.
I have felt the same thing: Exophthalmos describing ‘bulging eyes’ when you can see white above iris. Graves disease is a disorder causing overactivity of the thyroid gland often with multiple psychological symptoms.
